Took my tractor to Petersburg for warranty work. It was shipped out to Cumberland and the parts were on backorder for a month. I called every few days for updates, never once got a call from them. Then I go to pick up and am told it wasn't under warranty!? They charged me over $100. dollars for a part that cost $73. Oh, and I somehow developed an oil leak that I never had before!!! Called Tanner in Keyser...might as well have just spoken to the wall. They lost a repeat buyer/customer here...

Been telling me for two months that they will pick up my tractor for a leaking power steering seal thats leaking . Its supposed to be covered under warranty. In the mean time I have had to purchase $50 dollars worth of hydraulic fluid
