On Saturday afternoon, our septic system decided to back up. We called several different companies to get a quick phone estimate for uncovering, pumping and adding an access riser to our septic system. Quotes were $900 to $2200 for the services, most of the ones we called could not complete the entire service, so we had to call multiple companies. In addition, because it was the week-end there was a possibility that most people wouldn't be able to come out until Monday or Tuesday. We contacted M & W Septic and they apologized for not being able to come out Saturday night, but could make it on Sunday. ONE STOP SHOPPING... they were able to provide all three services for significantly less than $800!!! They showed up on Sunday morning at 8:30 am and again apologized for being a little late, on a Sunday. They had the job completed by 10:0 am, and that included the time it took him to go back to his house and get his pumping truck. WOW WOW WOW... wish all business people were this ethical and this polite and kind. Definitely has my business for as long as he is in business. Thank you, M&W Septic!
Work long hours through the week. Needed someone to pump septic on the weekend. Called Saturday afternoon, said he was out of town, but would call first thing sunday morning. Called at 8 am, to verify i still needed him and to get directions, was there by 9am.
