Waiter was terrible, we never got refills, prices were ok, food was ok although we got our appetizer at same time as meal and it was cold

Went here because I love the service, but today was the worst experience ever. Went in. Was asked to seat ourselves. They were not busy. 20 minutes went by. Still not even a drink. Lots of eye contact with the waiter and check out clerk, but no service. Finally another couple comes in and the waitress immediately goes over and waits on them. Got up, started walking out and the waitress had the nerve to ask if there was something wrong.
Kinda slow, but good stuff
of course, we've been here over 20 minutes and you go to them first....needless to say, we left!
