My Mother was dropped by an aide from a hospital bed and left on the floor in feces with an aide stating "I can't do this". Well I know for certain my employees must have a health clearance to be a caregiver. When my brother called to complain the only response he got was that the woman had fibromyalgia. Meanwhile my mother had bruises and a cut. I sent two formal fax to address my concerns and called, and still no response.
