Clean well organized store with friendly helpful staff.
First of all, I love Tractor Supply Co. I have spent over $4,000 there in the past 5 months. I usually shop at the Moorefield store, because I've had great service there. However, the Keyser store is near my home, so occasionally I do go there. After today, Moorefield will have 100% of my business. The employees at the Keyser store not only lied to me, but were rude to me as well.

Got the wrong ball for the back of my mom vichele and they exchanged it without any problems
I have nothing negative to say about the company itself, but something should really be done about the customer service at the Keyser store. In my opinion, if you want to be treated with respect, drive a few extra miles and visit the Moorefield store.
